- Fire Cupping — Traditional cupping for myofascial decompression, circulation, and stubborn adhesions.
- Scraping / Graston Technique — Instrument-assisted soft tissue work for scar tissue, tendon restriction, and range limits.

Payment
Card online at booking or in the studio, plus cash and major digital wallets. Prices include everything — hot towels, stretching, and aftercare are never add-ons.
Gift cards & packages
Gift certificates are available in any amount for any session length. Ask about a three-session package if you are working through a specific pain pattern.
Session length
Sessions run in 15-minute increments — 60, 75, or 90 minutes. 60 suits one or two focus areas; 75 and 90 allow full-body work and chronic patterns.
