Book a treatment sessionWhat it is
SportsStretch is therapist-led stretching organised around what your sport actually asks of you. Protocols are chosen for your movement demands — sprint mechanics, overhead positions, cycling hips, rotational power — and paced to where you are in your training block or event calendar.
How the session runs
- 01
Movement and range check
We test the positions your sport lives in and find where the movement stops and why.
- 02
Warm and stabilise
Light warming work and strapping stabilise the segment so each stretch lands where intended.
- 03
Sport-specific protocol
Paced, therapist-led stretching through the chains your training loads most heavily.
- 04
Re-test and plan
We re-check the original limits so you can feel the change, then set drills and your next session.
Benefits
What sportsstretch does for you
Range where your sport needs it
Protocols target the positions your sport demands rather than a generic head-to-toe routine.
Low-soreness recovery day
A strong option in weeks where deep tissue work would leave you too sore to train well.
Better positions, better output
Reclaiming end range at the hip, ankle, and shoulder lets you produce force in cleaner positions.
Timed to your calendar
Intensity is dialled up in base phases and kept light and flushing during competition weeks.
Injury patterns caught early
Range testing each visit flags the asymmetry that usually precedes a soft-tissue setback.
Drills that fit your week
You leave with two maintenance drills tied to what we found, sized to the time you actually have.
In their words
Clients on this session
“I came in barely able to turn my neck after months at a desk and a bad night of sleep. He took the time to actually assess what was happening instead of going straight to the table, and the pressure was exactly where it needed to be. Three sessions later I'm back at the gym and sleeping through the night. The space is calm, the music is low, and I never once felt rushed or upsold.”
“Best sports recovery work in Houston, full stop. My hip flexors were wrecked from marathon training and nothing I was doing on my own touched it. The assisted stretch work made an immediate difference — I ran the next morning without the pull I'd had for weeks. He also gave me two mobility drills to keep between sessions, which I appreciated.”
