Book a treatment sessionWhat it is
PTSD Nervous System Resets are unhurried, deeply relaxing treatment sessions designed for people carrying stress, hypervigilance, or trauma history in their body. Pulsed electromagnetic field (P.E.M.F.) therapy — EQ Flux Wave and ElectronsPlus — is integrated into the session as the calming layer alongside gentle hands-on work. Nothing is a surprise, consent is ongoing, and you stay in control of pressure, positioning, sound, and pace throughout.
How the session runs
- 01
Talk first
We go over what helps, what to avoid, any areas that are off limits, and how you prefer to be told what is next.
- 02
Settle in
You get the room to yourself to settle, fully draped and clothed as much as you like, before any work begins.
- 03
Gentle work with P.E.M.F.
Slow, broad hands-on work while the pulsed field is applied to the region we're treating. Most people feel light pulsing or nothing at all.
- 04
Quiet close
We finish with a slow, grounding close, time to sit up in your own time, and simple aftercare for the next 24 hours.
Benefits
What ptsd nervous system resets does for you
Consent at every step
You are told what is next before it happens, and yes, no, and pause are all equally welcome.
P.E.M.F. integrated, not added on
The pulsed field runs alongside hands-on work as part of the session, supporting recovery without extra stimulation.
Out of fight-or-flight
Slow, predictable, sustained contact and paced breathing help the nervous system downshift during the session itself.
Sleep that improves the same night
Most clients report falling asleep faster and waking less in the days after a reset session.
You control the room
Lighting, music, conversation, draping, positioning, and pressure are all set by you and revisited as we go.
Steady, unhurried pacing
No deep digging, no surprises, no rushing the close — the session is built to feel safe from start to finish.
In their words
Clients on this session
“I came in barely able to turn my neck after months at a desk and a bad night of sleep. He took the time to actually assess what was happening instead of going straight to the table, and the pressure was exactly where it needed to be. Three sessions later I'm back at the gym and sleeping through the night. The space is calm, the music is low, and I never once felt rushed or upsold.”
“As someone living with PTSD, being touched can be complicated, and I've had experiences elsewhere that set me back. Every step here was explained before it happened, consent was constant, and I was told exactly what to expect and given room to say no. I left feeling safe and genuinely lighter. This is the first bodywork I've been able to keep coming back to.”
Questions
PTSD Nervous System Resets FAQ
- Is this therapy for PTSD?
- No. We are not medical or mental-health providers. This is trauma-informed bodywork that supports the nervous system alongside whatever care you already have.
- Can I stay clothed?
- Yes. You undress only to your comfort level, and plenty of clients stay fully clothed for the whole session.
- What does P.E.M.F. feel like?
- A gentle pulsing, or nothing at all. It is non-invasive, painless, and stops the moment you ask.
- What if I need to stop partway?
- You can pause or end at any point, no explanation needed. That is part of how the session is designed.
